Very broken

The chocolate bar arrived as powder and fragments, making dosing properly difficult and leading to a bad experience. I've had the product before, purchased from one of your stores, and that was such a good experience that I ordered online. I know it's probably not your fault, and that shipping is perilous for a chocolate bar, but the process needs to be refined, in my opinion.
